22-24 Feb 2008 - NYC Trip (Part One)

AT LAST!!!

after a month in New York, we are going on a short trip over the weekends to New York City... aka The Big Apple or The City that NEVER Sleeps!

here's the funny part about our trip...

i) 7 of us going but on seperate routes yet we are sharing the cost for transportation!

(3 taking bus...4 taking a lift from a car...both ways!)

ii) 6 of us staying together at the hostel and 1 staying in Ritz Carlton Hotel!

though all of us did not do everything together...yet we all had fun and enjoyed ourselves!

we will be BACK for more in NYC!!

******

i think we are all "being kept away" from the city in the suburbs for a long long time

(hehe...it's just about a month actually!)

it's a BREAK-FREE into the city....

early to work, early to leave...

all pack and ready for the CITY!

planning...planning...planning...

we have no time to waste cos there's so much to see, to eat, to do and to play!

Here we are~ Right the centre of NYC, Manhatten!

In front of the place where we got dropped off the bus....

it's MACY'S...the world's largest store!!

(If you have not seen MACY'S, you have not been to NYC!)

Here's my 1st and only shopping in NYC!

it's on sale...i got my DKNY Jeans Cardigan for USD$16....

yeah~ i got my cheap bargain again!!

Checked in to the hostel...

lying on my "bed"...looking at the map again...

feeling so hungry while waiting for those taking the car ride to reach...

just too hungry to wait any longer...

the fastest and nearest >>>> MacDonald's!

my dinner...the new Angus Third Pounders (Mushrooms and Swiss)

it's even bigger than the Big Mac!!!

the taste is just so AWESOME!!!

juicy patty with so much mushrooms and melting Swiss cheese....

(or maybe i'm just too hungry??)
